Observation: 1) The latch to the door of the walk in cooler is still missing.
2) The walk in cooler measured ambient temperature of 8C. The internal temperature of food items stored inside were measured at 4C.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Install a latch to the door of the walk in cooler.
2) Service/fix the walk in cooler. The cooler must maintain ambient temperature of < or = 4C at all times.

315 - Refrigeration units and hot holding equipment lack accurate thermometers [s. 19(2)]
Observation: All coolers (upright, walk in, prep) and freezers (upright, chest) were missing working thermometers. The thermometer gauge on the walk in cooler is broken.
Corrective Action(s): Provide working thermometers in all coolers and freezers to monitor the temperature.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-ATBVHV:

- The back handwashing station is clear of obstructions at the time of the inspection. Continue to keep this area clear and easily accessible by staff.
- The paper towel dispenser is installed on the wall at the front handwashing station. Ensure this handwashing station is stocked with soap and paper towels at all times.
- Surface sanitizer available in white bucket with presoaked wiping cloth at 100ppm chlorine solution.
- General sanitation has improved but still needs cleaning in the dry storage area and the main kitchen.
- Food items are adequately covered with plastic wrap or proper lids. Continue to cover all food items in the walk in cooler, prep cooler, and dry storage area.
