-Follow-up inspection to August 1, 2018.
-Prep cooler (far end) door seals have been replaced. Ensure door seals are maintained in good condition to prevent the accumulation of debris.
-Prep cooler (by entrance to kitchen) still needs to be repaired or replaced to prevent the accumulation of debris. Cooler door can be repaired as long as it provides a smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable surface.
