Follow up on dishwasher conducted. Dish washer is able to maintain final rinse temperatures above 71C at the plate as per min/max thermometer. Parts replacement and upgrades for dish washer will not arrive until next week. Follow up will be conducted to verify dish washer is in good working order after upgrade and corrections required are completed.
