Comments

- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Dishwasher is now working and it dispensed 50ppm chlorine residual during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- Sanitizer solution buckets are available and wiping cloths stored in solution maintained at 200ppm quats
- Dishwashing area is now maintained in sanitary conditions
- The leak in dish washing area is now fixed.

NOTE: The walk-in cooler measured at 5C(internal food temperature 5-6C). Operator says it is due to the lunch rush. CAll for service and ensure that the internal food temperature is maintained at less than 4C at all times
- Fix the leak under two compartment sink
- Maintain temperature logs and dishwasher logs on consistent basis
