Observation: Less than 50ppm QUATS sanitizer was detected from dispenser at 3 compartment sink. Sanitizer was available but did not appear to be mixing with water. All cleaned cookware and equipment at the time did not receive adequate sanitation.
Corrective Action(s): All cookware and equipment must be sanitized again once dispenser is serviced.

Observation: Sanitizer dispenser at 3 compartment sink appeared blocked. Sanitizer was bubbling inside the tube and did not appear to be mixing as necessary. Less than 50ppm QUATS detected.
Corrective Action(s): Service company was contacted immediately during inspection, will be onsite 8AM on July 8, 2021. As facility is take-out based and uses single-use utensils for service, all warewashing can be held until dispenser is repaired. If warewashing must be done, sanitizer can be diluted manually by mixing 34.8mL of sanitizer with 40L of water (as per label).
