Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # DWAG-B8Z242 of Feb-01-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: 1. Two bleach spray bottles measured at 20 ppm bleach solution. 2. Dough mixer had food debris left on the mixer bowl. 3. Dust build up observed on the inside door of the ice machine. Correction: 1. Discard and remake the bleach spray bottles to ensure atleast 100 ppm bleach is available. corrected during inspection. 2. Clean and sanitize the dough mixer bowl after each use or every 4 hours if the mixer is being continuelly used. correct by: immediately. 3. Clean and sanitize the ice machine. Discard the first batch of ice from the ice machine after cleaning and sanitizing. correct by: immediately.
