- Corrected during inspection - Operator placed the food in a large, shallow container and stored in cooler. Ensure that no foods are cooled in large pots left outside.

- Corrected during inspection - All food items that were on the ground were discared. At no point during the cooking process should food be kept on the ground. Ensure that no more food is stored on the ground

Routine Inspection
- All hand sinks had hot/cold water, soap and paper towel
- All employees were wearing hair nets
- Bleach disinfectant used and 200 ppm available throughout the facility in sanitizer buckets
- Coolers temperature was not to be 4C or lower
- Freezer temperature was noted to be -18C or lower
- Ventilation canopies were kept in good condition
- General sanitation was adequate
- No pests were noted during inspection
