Follow up inspection conducted: All Quats Sanitizer buckets at 200 ppm QUATS, staff were observed to be using the rags stored in sanitizer and not just using water to wipe down food contact surfaces. Manager indicates that staff have been made aware of the sanitizing requirements. Thank you.
