Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold water, paper towel and liquid soap
-Washrooms are equipped with hot/cold water, paper towel and liquid soap
Kitchen:
-All freezers were below 4c during inspection
-All freezers were below -18c during inspection
-Food products in freezers were solid to touch
-Hot holding inserts were above 60c internal probed temperature of soup was 69.3c
-Thermometers were present in all fridges and freezers during inspection
Bar & Front of house
-All fridges were below 4c
-Thermometers were present in all fridges
General sanitation and maintenance
-Ventilation hood was in good order and maintained (next service due 11/2024)
-Low temperature dishwasher was probed and a surface plate temperature of 46.2c Also, it had a chlorine residual of 100ppm
-2 compartment sink, plugs, and bleach is available for manual dishwashing
-Food products are organized and stored 6 inches above the ground
-Quatz sanitizers are available in spray bottle form at a concentration of 400ppm
-Washrooms were clean and sanitary during inspection
-No signs of pests during inspection
Administrative:
-Permit if conspicuously posted
-Temperature logs were not available, ensure to start and maintain
-Foodsafe level 1 or equivalent was available during inspection
-Pest control in place via Bugman
*Discussed with operator manual dishwashing options
*Operator managed to fix the low temperature dishwasher during inspection
