Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Low temperature dishwasher unable to dispense chlorine sanitizer. Enough sanitizer in the container and even after priming the tube, still dispensing 0ppm chlorine. Dishwasher was dispensing 50ppm chlorine yesterday, according to the logging chart. Today's record not completed yet. All items washed this morning were taken back to the dishwashing area at this time to be rewashed/sanitized after the dishwasher is repaired. )

Follow-up inspection conducted:
-CODE 302 in compliance. QUAT dispenser serviced. Dispensing 200ppm QUAT at this time. All buckets/spray bottles at 200ppm.

Facility closing for ~ 1 week at the end of this month for renovation. Please contact the health inspector once renovation is complete and prior to re-opening.
