Observation: * Some cleaning and organization to be done through out back areas. Ensure personal items not stored near food/food equipment.
Corrective Action(s): * Clean and organize all cabinets, handles, and shelves thoroughly and maintain all storage areas

307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]
Observation: * The chest freezer was being used to prep food and this is not a suitable/sanitary means for doing food prep.
Corrective Action(s): * Do not use the chest freezer as a table as it is not for that purpose and not in suitable condition as a table. Use the stainless steel tables in kitchen for prepping food. Install additional tables for prepping food as needed (eg. food grade tables)

Observation: * The potato mashing container for samosas is broken as corners of container not in good working order. This is still outstanding from last inspection and must be addressed immediately
Corrective Action(s): * Repair/replace this container and ensure in good working order at all times. Also, any other containers on site must also be in proper working order and not cracked or broken, etc.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * At beginning of inspection, there was no one on site with food safe level 1 training. This is a violation of food regulations
