Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Container of sanitizer for cookline appeared to be mixed with soap. Operator confirmed it was. No concerns with sanitizer in spray bottle 100ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Do not mix soap and sanitizer. Reminder to use single use paper towel to wipe food contact surfaces if sanitizer is sprayed on or to keep reusable wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution to prevent microbial growth.

Hand wash stations in food preparation area and washrooms were fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
*Reminded staff to use 3 compartment sink to fill up water jugs and not the designated hand sink in the food preparation area
All coolers 4C or less (walk in, prep cooler...etc)
Chest freezer -18C
No hot holding available at time of inspection. Operator was preparing soup for lunch at time of inspection.
Good general sanitation.
No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Screen door was in place over open back door.
Lights in food preparation areas had sleeves.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (with thermolabel).
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered..etc). Dry storage shelves well maintained.
