Observation: 1. Some food products uncovered in walk-in cooler.
2. Drink lines directly in contact with ice in ice sink. Ice also is used for drinks.
Corrective Action(s): 1. All food products are to be covered after cooling.

2. Separate ice meant for drinks with ice meant to cool drink lines. Lines are not regularly sanitized and will contaminate ice meant for drinks.

Observation: 1. Various plastic inserts observed to be damaged. Unable to properly clean cracked surfaces, plastic may fragment into food.
2. Soda gun nozzle damaged (chipped) likely from storing in draining grate.
3. Lines for Celli taps leaking, leading to pest issue. GM stated they will be removing taps, technician has already been contacted.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Discard damaged equipment that cannot be repaired.
