This inspection report was completed offsite and a copy was emailed to the operate. The observations and infractions noted were reviewed with the operation at the time of the inspection:
All hand wash stations fully equipped (food prep area, warewashing sink, staff washroom)
All coolers 4C or less (prep coolers, beverage, walk in, undercounter..etc)
Two door freezer -18C
No hot holding. Premises makes all foods per order.
Good general sanitation. No obvious signs of pest activity.
Quat sanitizer in spray bottles 200ppm. Sanitizer is mixed manual at warewashing sink.
Reviewed manual warewashing procedures with operator - no concerns. Drain plugs and test strips available.
All foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered..etc).
COVID protocols: signage at enterance (mandatory masking, physical distancing, occupancy limit), floor markers in place, hand sanitizer available, barrier at POS, 2 staff working at time of inspection, physical distancing and masking in place, max 3 staff scheduled at a time, breaks scheduled one person at a time in office. Ensure appropriate disinfectant is used on none food contact surfaces. |
