Overall, premises is maintained in a sanitary manner.

-Hand wash stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water.
-Bleach sanitizer is on-site and in use.
-Walk-in cooler and display cooler are below 4C
-Freezer units are below -18C
-High temperature dishwasher reaches 71C at plate level
-Dry storage is adequate. All food is stored above the ground and covered.
-No signs of pest activity.
