Corrective Action(s): Do not use this unit until repaired and verified in follow up inspection. In the mean time, use working coolers for storage of perishable foods. Violation Score: 3

Previous infractions corrected: 1. Boxes of pop are now placed at least 15 cm off the ground. 2. In line cooler repaired and able to maintain temperatures below 4C or below. Ensure to continue temperatures logs for all holding units daily. The drain line for the coffee machine in the counter dripping into a bucket was discussed. Education provided on proper reheating of soup given to operator.
