Observation: Small undercounter cooler is maintaining ambient temperatures of 9-10C. The built-in temperature display is inaccurate (displayed 4-5C).
Corrective Action(s): Monitor the temperatures of this cooler and arrange for repairs if the temperature does not fall to 4C/40F or less. The temperature display will need repairs to ensure the reading is accurate. Do not use this cooler for storing any perishable foods until approval has been granted by the health inspector. - High temperature dishwasher in use. Final rinse temperature reached 73.3C at the plate level.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer available in bucket with wiping cloth
- Logs maintained for coolers, freezers, and sanitizer
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
- Permit is posted in a visible location
