Met with a shift supervisor, Brandon, and he informed that we have a new Manager on site, Sue. At the time of inspection, we have one food handler with a Food Safe certification. Please ensure that at least one person per shift holds a certificate. High temp dishwasher reached 182F at the final rinse. Quat has been measured to be at 200ppm concentration. All wiping clothes have been stored in approved sanitizer/and test strips are available on site for daily monitoring. Daily temp logs are available. Dry storage well organized. Floor cleanliness - improved from our last inspection. Abell is still providing pest control services. Suggestion: please re-locate the dirty clothes and aprons storage from the food prep and dishwash-cleaning area. It may be a source of bad odor and pests/flies infestation.
