-Follow-up inspection to Jan 24, 2019. -Cooler unit was being serviced at the time of inspection. Service began this morning and two leaks were found in the coils. Cooler unit was shut off and approximately noon and coils repaired and compressor was recharged. -High potentially hazardous foods were relocated during service of the cooler unit and lower potentially hazardous foods were kept in the cooler unit. -Cooler unit was repaired and was at 4C at the time of inspection. -Continue to monitor cooler unit and service/repair as required. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
