Observation: Operator stated that they took FOODSAFE Level 1 prior to July 2013 and have not renewed their FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the Operator maintains valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent course training by completing a FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent course. Comments

Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels in the kitchen, bar, and washrooms.
Dishwasher final rinse chlorine sanitizer residual was at least 50 ppm at the plate.
2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
Chlorine test strips were available on-site.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the spray bottles that were refilled during the inspection.

Walk-in-cooler and other coolers were at or below 4 degrees C and were equipped with thermometers.
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C.
Cooled food was at or below 4 degrees C. Ice wands were available on-site.
Food was covered inside the walk-in-cooler and organization was satisfactory.

No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
Pest control program on a three month basis was in place via Abell.
Ice machine was in a clean condition.
