Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat slicer had grease buildup on the front and food debris dried on the back.
Corrective Action(s): Cleaned during the inspection. Dissassemble and clean the entire meat slicer after every use.

Observation: a) Repeat Violation: Low temperature dishwasher had 0 ppm chlorine at the plate level. No dishwasher records were kept.

Corrective Action(s): a) Fixed during the inspection.

Observation: Staff members on site did not have FoodSafe Level 1 training.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that at least one staff member on site at all times has Food Safe Level 1 and that the certificate is available for review during inspections.

-Ensure that chlorine test strips are purchased for the dishwasher and iodine test strips are purchased for the glasswasher and that they are both tested daily.

No evidence of pests. Pest control receipt viewed during the inspection.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach sanitizer bucket was at 100 ppm.
