Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer was not found prepared in front preparation area.
Corrective Action(s): Employee has placed sanitizer. Quat sanitizer found at 200ppm concentration.

Ensure that sanitizer is available at all times. A separate spray bottle/sanitizer bucket is to be set up at each station (ie. front area and back kitchen area).

Routine inspection.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Walk in cooler at 4c.
Inserts at 4c.
Under the counter cooler at 4c.
Walk in freezer at -18c.
Overall sanitation in coolers is adequate.
Hot holding at >60c.
Soup found at 68c in hot holding unit.
Thermometers and temperature log is available.
Sanitizer at dispenser at 200ppm concentration.
All foods are located off the floor.
Most foods are being kept in original packaging until used.
No pest activity noted during time of inspection.
