Observation: Handsink has a severe leak in the piping beneath so cannot be used.
Correction: Fix the leaky pipe. Until then, use the 2-compartment sink for hand washing.

Operator wants to fix the frigidaire fridge that's in the back kitchen then take it home. If business picks up again, he'll fix the front grill since he doesn't need it currently. As discussed, get another warmer for foods that need to be hotheld if you don't want to fix the grill and use it for this purpose. Ensure that the back fridge is working before the next inspection date and if not, then it must be removed from the premises.
