Clutter at the back of store needs to be addressed. Additional organization would help the overall facility sanitation. Recommend the installation of a set of hooks for jackets, bags etc to help with organization in the back area. Once reorganized, clean up the back, shelves, behind shelves, floor etc. Look for active rodent activity on regular basis to ensure pest control is adequate. **No fruit flies noted at time of inspection. Reviewed dishwashing procedures. Good. Quats dispensing at 200 ppm Cooling units less than 4 C. Freezer below -18 C.
