Undercounter coolers in the kiosk were less than 4C and equipped with thermometer.
Sandwich display case cooler at 4C.
Standup cooler in the back storage area less than 4C.
Stand up freezer in the back storage area was at -12C.
High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of 74C at plate level.
2 compartment sink satisfactory.
Quats dispenser at 200ppm.
hand washing station satisfactory.
Food items stored at less 6 inches off the ground within the kiosk and in the back storage area.
