Observation: Flies were noticed around the TV monitors at the time of inspection.

Comments

No flies observed in the back of the house, however a number of flies were noticed in the front serving areas especially hovering around
TV monitors. Flies have been an ongoing issues at this premises.

A number of fly strips are being used in addition to UV vector fly traps.
Through and daily sanitation of equipment and surfaces is ESSENTIAL TO ADDRESS THE FLY ISSUE EFFECTIVELY.

EFFORTS MUST BE MADE TO PREVENT ENTRY OF FLIES INTO THE PREMISES AND IMPROVING GENERAL SANITATION TO DISCOURAGE FLIES.

Following corrective actions must be taken to control and minimize fly issue.
1. A forced air curtain at the drive thru window has not been installed, it could be helpful in preventing entry of flies.
2. All TV screens must be wiped daily
3. All sugary spills or coffee spills on the floor, tables and equipment. This includes cleaning all surfaces such as walls, floors, counter-tops, sinks, food and beverage equipment
and door handles of equipment.
4. The drive thorough area especially near the pick-up window must be pressure washed and clean frequently.
5. Garbage cans and dumpsters must be kept clean and free of organic build up
5.All fly UV vector traps must be checked weekly and serviced as frequently as possible.
6. All food products must be kept covered to discourage flies.
