Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Deli slicer and potato slicer found to have small amounts of food debris on them.
Corrective Action(s): Manager took apart both slicers and placed parts in dishwasher for washing at time of inspection.
Ensure to thoroughly clean and sanitize all parts of slicers after each use.

- Hand washing sinks properly supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 74C at the dish surface during rinse cycle. Good.
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in spray bottles.
- Walk-in cooler, upright glass door cooler, all prep coolers, and bar cooler were measured at 4C or colder. Accurate thermometers available.
- Walk-in freezer measured at -18C or colder.
- Food storage practices satisfactory. All food items stored on shelves/racks off the floor and properly covered.
- Bar area and soda gun maintained in sanitary conditions.
- General sanitation and organization of kitchen satisfactory.
- Temperature logs well-maintained
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Mop sink in janitorial closet maintained in sanitary conditions.
