*General sanitation satisfactory. No pest issues observed during inspection. *Quat sanitizer available at approximately 200ppm. *Hand sink equipped with warm water, liquid soap and paper towels. *Kiosk offers only coffee, pastries and limited food items - no refrigerated perishable sandwich items. *Espresso machine maintained in clean condition. *Three compartment sinks functional. Staff appear to be performing full 3-compartment warewashing methods. *Best-before dates on a selection of items checked were OK. *Ice machine maintained in relatively clean condition. Very slight mildew accumulation observed on non-ice-contact parts. Ensure this is cleaned and sanitized within the next two days. *Note: no proof of Food Safe (or equivalent) food safety training available for staff on site. Ensure copies of certificates are kept on site for review at next inspection. *Cream/sugar counter maintained in tidy condition.
