All coolers, except for the two door refrigerator at the front (not in use), were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach available on site for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
No evidence of pests, traps on site.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle had 100 ppm chlorine.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
