Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rodent dropping was observed in sugar container in dry storage room. Discarded.

Observation: There are still some open containers observed in the dry storage room. Repeated violation. Manager had advised containers to be arrived within today. OK.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have ALL foods stored in pest proof containers to protect food from contamination at all times. Failure to comply will result in issuance of Ticket(s).

Follow-up inspection conducted:

- It was apparent that facility had done a major cleaning throughout. Floors pressure washed.
- Sides of equipment cleaned.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in sanitizer spray bottles.
- Dry storage room cleaned and reorganized.
- Ventilation canopy hood serviced.
- Pest Control inspection now done weekly.

General sanitation level of the facility has improved and now in satisfactory condition. Correction Order issued on November 7, 2019 for poor sanitation level has now been rescinded.
Chefs have now been assigned with different roles (with respect to cleaning during/at the end of each day) in the kitchen. Ensure to have the facility at this sanitary level at all times. Facility must be cleaned on a regular basis according to the facility's approved Sanitation Plan. Develop a cleaning log and complete every day/week/month.

Another follow-up inspection to be conducted on/after tomorrow, Friday November 15, 2019. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
