- inside of bar cooler doors has black grit from door seals
- food spills, grease behind and under equipment on the cook line

Comments

Exposed wires for countertop steam table needs to be repaired to prevent any staff injury or safety hazard.
Make sure staff do not use ice wells in the condiments cooler unless there has been a failure of the refrigeration unit at which time the corrective actions in the food safety plan must be implemented.
Do not overfill the condiments containers - fill only to the fill line, when the container is empty replace with a new full container and new utensils.
All refrigeration and freezer units meet temperature requirements, dishwasher sanitizing at 71C at the plate surface, glass washer sanitizing at 50 ppm Chlorine.
