- Both handwashing stations (front/back) supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Upright cooler (back of the cafe) = 4C
- Display beverage/salad cooler (front of the cafe) = 4C
- Undercounter cooler behind the display cooler (front of the cafe) = 4C
- Three undercounter coolers (front of the cafe for milks) = 3-4C
- Upright freezer (back of the cafe) = -18C
- All refrigeration units equipped with working thermometers.
- Daily temperature logs kept up to date.
- High temperature dishwasher (stationary) reached 74.5C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Milk steamer wand sanitized with 200ppm QUAT after each use.
- Surface sanitizer available in a red labeled bin with wiping cloths at 200 ppm QUAT.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Food items are stored min 6 inches (15cm) off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity.
