Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # ANAN-CTUQU5 of Jul-18-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher rinse only had 10ppm chlorine in the final rinse even after 3 tries. Correction: Get the dishwasher serviced today. Operator called the repairman during the inspection and he agreed to come by today to fix the dw.
