General sanitation - satisfactory;
All coolers temperature < = 4.0 C;
All freezers - satisfactory;
Hot holding units > than 60 C;
Note: Food storage - Raw food separate from ready to eat. First in first out in use.
Sanitizer available in spray bottles and buckets at 200 ppm of Quats.
Friendly Reminder: Ensure that wiping cloths are soaked in Quats sanitizer when not in use. Two wiping cloth observed on prep. area/prep. coolers.
High temperature dishwasher measured 75 C (in a cavity)/(minimum 71C);
Bar glass-washer at 12.5 ppm of Iodine (required: 12.5 ppm to 25 ppm);
Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop stored safely in clean container (Note: Cleaning schedule is posted on the wall).
Note: Slicer is bagged when not in use.
No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection;
Temperature log - available;
Staff washroom - clean and properly stocked;

Recommendation:

Please clean floor under the shelves in the dry storage room, floor in the walk-in freezer, & floor under the pop-dispenser/shelf (Noted accumulation of debris);
Please change ice-bath for ice-cream scoops (the kitchen) often/ due to summer time ice is melting fast.
