-Last cycle noted 50 ppm chlorine
Corrective Action(s): Ensure 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer is available for sanitizing dishware. Sanitizer jugs are ordered and will be received tomorrow Jan30, 2018. Dishwasher has been put temporarily out of commission until order is received.
Ensure regular sanitizer checks are being make daily.
