Sandwich prep cooler glass door for insert has been replaced/repaired
Discussed food safety plan with the supervisor on site. Deli meats and other various items in sandwich prep cooler are designated as 12 hours items, some are designated as 24 hour items (cream cheese). While this is acceptable if temperatures are <4 degrees C, once temperatures are >4 deg C then foods cannot be kept there for this long. As it states in your food safety binder, any foods that are exposed to temperatures of >4 degrees for more than 2 hours MUST be discarded.

**Ensure to do regular temperature checks in the morning AND afternoon since you are keeping your food products in the prep cooler inserts for 12-24 hours**. All food products are time tracked electronically on the tablet.
