Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 75.8C final rinse temperature. Under counter coolers and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers measured at -18C or lower. Ice machine in sanitary condition. Ice scoop observed to be stored outside of ice machine. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. No signs of pests observed. All violation in report#JCHY-CSXRVV has been corrected: -Underneath the stand-up coolers and freezers observed to be satisfactory in sanitation. NOTE: Ensure that FOODSAFE Level 1 certification is available upon request for inspector validation. Shift Manager on-site unable to present FOODSAFE Level 1 certification. FOODSAFE Level 1 certification of manager on-site seem to be issued by FOODWISE but the course (i.e.:Retail Council of Canada - Excellence in Food Handling) seems to be different from the equivalent courses provided (i.e.: Approved course is FOODWISE - Canadian Council for Grocery Distributors). Overall, facility is well organized
