Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions completed: - Dishwasher in coffee bar has been repaired and is now operational. Final rinse met required sanitizing temperature. Temperature measured at dish: 73.6C - Floor area where rodent (mouse) activity was noted has been cleaned. No additional droppings noted. Trap has been reset. Continue to monitor for any further rodent activity and maintain regular pest control service. - Areas identified in routine inspection report which required cleaning have been cleaned including: wall behind mixer and dough sheeter, shelves, exterior of large dry good bins. Note: Manager reported that small dry goods bins to be replaced Ensure these areas are cleaned routinely and thoroughly to prevent build up/accumulation of food residue/debris as this can attract and provide a food source for pests.
