2) Box of raw shrimp stored next to pre-packaged ready to eat foods.

1) Place bread on baking racks.
2) Store raw foods underneath ready-to-eat foods.

General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 200ppm chlorine; use a solution of 5mL unscented household bleach in 2.5L of water for a 100ppm solution
- two compartment sink for warewashing; bleach available
- no obvious signs of pests at the time of inspection; back door is closed
