Observation: * Build up of grime/debris still found in some areas (eg. baseboards, corners, walls in some areas, etc). This must be properly cleaned/sanitized to maintain sanitary conditions. Also, wheels and legs of some tables and food equipment require cleaning still to remove build up.
Corrective Action(s): * Complete ALL cleaning details and ensure ALL areas are properly cleaned and maintained for sanitary maintenance

Observation: * Some tiled areas in cooking line have grout missing along bases of equipment, etc. that requires regrouting.
Corrective Action(s): * Regrout all areas along cooking line where grout missing-- and ensure all areas where grout missing/depleted repaired.

* Note: some final cleaning to be done along base boards, wheels/legs of equipment/tables and in front coffee areas and back areas (eg. behind/under ice machine, walk-in cooler under shelving/doorway and other doorways and walls)
