Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - C6DQNP: Significantly less activity of fruit flies in the preparation area. Area is cleaned on a frequent basis. Reminder to clean spills quickly. Clean underneath and behind all equipment. Focus cleaning efforts in all hard to reach areas. North hand sink serviced. Push mechanism dispenses hot/cold running mixture at an adequate temperature. Bleach sanitizer solution available for use. DDBSA and lactic acid sanitizer solution also available for use. Chinese and Indian condiments stored in inserts submerged in ice bath. Note: revisions required for the sanitation plan for the sugarcane juicing machine. Food safety plan received for sugarcane juicing.
