Following observations were made during routine inspection:
- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- High temperature dishwasher available, measured at 74C during the final rinse at the dish surface
- QUAT sanitizer available throughout facility and at the dispensers at >200 ppm QUAT concentration
- Walk in coolers (Poultry cooler and vegetables) measured at less than 4C
- Walk in freezer at -18C
- Under counter coolers maintaining temperatures at 4C or below
- Under counter freezers maintaining temperatures at -18C
- Salad Prep cooler maintaining temperatures at 4'C or below
- Hot holding unit containing chicken maintaining temperatures at 60C
- Temperature logs kept and maintained
- Food storage practices satisfacory, food products labeled and dated, stored off the ground
- No pest activity was observed at the time of inspection and pest control measures are in place
- Dipper well used for ice cream scoops
- FoodSafe certification verified at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is EXCELLENT at the time of inspection
