Soak droppings with 100 - 200 ppm bleach sanitizer for 10-15 minutes before picking them up with the paper towels. Correct this by: before the next operation. Routine inspection conducted. The facility was not in operation at the time of visit. Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezer measured at -18C or less. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Reviewed mixing instruction for preparing 100 ppm chlorine food contact surface sanitizer. General food storage practice is adequate.
