Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed the use of cardboard as a liner in the walk-in cooler. Cardboard can absorb moisture which can allow for mold growth.
Corrective Action(s): Staff had removed and discarded the cardboard from the walk-in cooler.
