Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pails of sanitizer measured between 0-100ppm at time of inspection. Staff observed to be further diluting sanitizer from dispenser.
**Corrected during inspection** Sanitizer measuring 200ppm replaced in pails.
Educate staff to use sanitizer straight from dispenser. Dispenser should be calibrated by chemical supplier to deliver proper sanitizer concentration.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff observed to be changing gloves without washing hands. Handwash basin next to prep table dry at time of inspection.

Hands must be washed whenever changing from a 'dirty' task to a 'clean' task (e.g. moving frozen food packaging then serving food). Hands also must be washed whenever gloves are changed.
