Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two blender containers are stained and not properly washed/sanitized. Left over drink residues, whipping creams observed on the blender containers on drying rack.
Corrective Action(s): Employees stated blender containers go through dishwasher at the end of the night. Confirmed with the district manager that the blender containers should go through dishwasher every 4 hours. The 2 blenders will be discarded due to damages and stains according to the district manager. Re-educate the employees about frequency of dishwashing required for food equipments that are in consistent use. They should be thoroughly rinsed with water between each drink, and they should be washed in High Temperature dishwasher every 4 hours to ensure proper sanitization is accomplished.

All handsinks are fully equipped.
All cooling units at 4C and below.
Freezers at -18C and below.
Quat sanitizer in bucket and from dispenser measured at 200ppm with test strips.
High temperature dishwasher reached 71C and above during final rinse cycle.
Ice machine at the back in sanitary condition.
No signs of pest at the time of inspection.
