Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Inquired staff about manual warewashing at three compartment sinks. Staff informed that after washing in the sink, items are hosed down with water before sanitizing in the third sink. No water present in the second/rinse sink.
Corrective Action(s): The second/rinse sink must be filled and items must be fully immersed inside to rinse off the detergent as per Subway warewashing sign behind wired racks on wall. Please follow the proper procedures and post the sign in a conspicuous location so all staffs can refer to it.

Tomato slicer being used at time of inspection and the other slicer dried on rack appears to be maintained in sanitary condition

No apparent signs of pest noted during time of inspection
