Follow up inspection. Infractions corrected: 1. Food now protected from contamination in food grade containers and stored on dedicated shelving. 2. Chemical sanitizer and bottles labelled. 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer in use in kitchen area - good. 3. Cleaning of required areas and fume hood completed. Premise is now sanitary. Pending: Cooking oven still needs parts and repair to prevent water leak. This will be completed as soon as parts arrive. Ensure leak does not create a slipping hazard or health hazard to staff. Clean frequently as needed.
