Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Dining tables were being cleaned with cleaners and not sanitized. Sanitizer is to be used to sanitize all dining tables between customers to reduce viral/bacterial harbourage and cross contamination
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all dining tables are sanitzed between customers with proper sanitizer (eg. bleach solution or quaternary ammonium solution) to reduce cross contamination
