All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. Freezers are -18 degrees C. Liquid soap and paper towel ast handsink with hot and cold running water. Dishwasher final rinse reached 74 degrees C. at the plate surface. Wiping cloths are being stored in 100 PPM chlorine residual.
